Nathan A. Garcia, to Audit Senior
Nathan started his career with DWC as an intern and became a full-time audit team member in June of 2021. He grew up in Grand Junction and obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Colorado Mesa University. Since joining DWC in 2021, Nathan has developed expertise in providing attest and accounting services such as financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations to clients in various industries including construction entities and other contracting businesses, mining, manufacturing, behavioral health, software as a service (SaaS), and employee benefit plans subject to ERISA audit requirements including 401(k) plans and 403(b) plans. Nathan is also part of DWC’s client accounting services (CAS) team, which provides chief financial officer (CFO) and controller services to clients in a wide range of industries.
Kimberley Jones, PHR, to Human Resources Supervisor
Kimberley joined DWC’s HR team in 2021. As the HR Supervisor, Kimberley oversees the firm’s HR functions, including compliance, recruiting, benefits, and implementation of policies. She is a Colorado native, growing up in Lakewood, and attained a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management from Colorado Mesa University. Before joining DWC, Kimberley worked as an HR professional in the construction, healthcare, and nonprofit industries. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
