Dalby, Wendland & Co. is pleased to announce client accounting services specialists Janna Burk and Mary Nichols have attained Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designations from the American Payroll Association.
The CPP exam is four hours, and attaining certification verifies mastery of payroll knowledge, skills, and abilities. Certification is frequently essential for senior-level payroll and management roles.
Janna’s bookkeeping career spans many decades, starting as her husband’s bookkeeper for his construction company. She joined Dalby Wendland in 2008. Janna has two associate degrees from Colorado Mesa University (Mesa State College) and, in 2014, attained a bachelor of science degree in business management from Colorado Mountain College. Janna is a Certified Payroll Professional and QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Mary has been in bookkeeping and accounting for 15 years, working in the private and public sectors. She started with Dalby Wendland in June of 2017. In addition to earning her Certified Payroll Professional designation, she is also a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Mary graduated in 2006 from Colorado Mesa University (Mesa State College) with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minor in business administration.
Janna and Mary serve clients from DWC’s Grand Junction office.
